Editing and Proofreading Services

A complimentary, no-obligation review of a sample of your work. Based on the total number of pages of your project, up to 25% of your project will be edited at no cost (not to exceed 10 pages). This can help you decide if you would like to move forward with a comprehensive editing service.

You will receive a comprehensive business editing and proofreading service. Upon timely completion, you’ll receive clean and redlined versions of your work with any additional information provided in comments on the redlined version.

Do you need assistance with streamlining your daily workflow, allowing you to focus on serving your clients? You can receive support tailored to meet your needs. These services are especially valuable for attorneys and business professionals who do not have in-house administrative staff.

Services can include drafting, formatting and finalizing all of your business documents (please contact me to discuss any additional services for which you need assistance).

Legal services can also include:

• Preparing court statements and forms

• Transcribing audio files and handwritten notes

• Preparing legal papers such as summonses and subpoenas

• Transcribing and proofreading legal documents

Administrative Services

Whether you're a solo-practice attorney or a business professional, the service you receive will be focused on your specific needs, industry, and goals while maintaining your unique style and brand voice. I will work with you to ensure your documents are polished, professional, and tailored for your target audience.

An hourly fee of $15.00

Rush requests will be accommodated based on availability and the specified timeline. Any request for delivery within one full business day of request will incur an additional hourly fee of $1.00.

Payment Terms. Payment may be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Half of the estimated fee is due following your approval to move forward with the comprehensive service. Upon completion, you will be invoiced for the remaining portion of the fee.

Delivery of your Document. Once final payment is received, the fully edited documents shall be provided to you with all changes tracked for your review and queries and suggestions added in comments. A clean Word version with all changes accepted will also be provided.

Service fees

Click here to request your free sample edit. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email, along with a request to submit your sample pages (up to 25% of your project will be edited at no cost—not to exceed 10 pages). Within 24 hours of receiving your sample, I’ll provide an estimated timeline for editing. Once the sample edit is complete, I’ll provide you with redlined and clean versions, along with brief feedback, a projected fee, and an estimated turnaround time for the full edit. From there, you can decide whether you'd like to proceed with the full edit.
