I’ll work closely with you to ensure that your style and voice are maintained, and I’ll be thoughtful about any specific concerns that you may have and any specific areas of focus of interest to you.

You will receive comprehensive editing to include full line editing, copyediting, and proofreading at a combined price, resulting in fast turnaround times, reduced costs, and optimal preparation of your work for publication.

Upon timely completion, you’ll receive clean and redlined versions with any additional information provided in comments on the redlined version.

A complimentary, no-obligation review of a sample of your manuscript. Up to five standard manuscript pages (as defined below) will be edited at no cost. This can help you decide if you would like to move forward with a comprehensive editing service. The sample will also help me determine the estimated fee based on the anticipated amount of editing needed for your manuscript.

The fee quoted will apply if the sample is representative of the full manuscript. Should a significantly greater amount of editing be required than was reflected in the sample, you’ll receive an updated fee estimate and an opportunity to confirm your acceptance of the revised fee.

Fee Range: $0.45 - $0.65 per page*

Rush requests will be accommodated based on availability and the specified timeline. Any request for delivery within ten days of approval for editing a full manuscript will incur an additional fee of $0.10 per page*.

*Per page pricing is based on a “standard manuscript page” in a 12-point serif font (e.g., Times New Roman, Courier, or Courier New), with one-inch margins all around, and double spaced throughout.

Payment Terms. Payment may be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Half of the estimated fee is due following your approval to move forward with the comprehensive service. Upon completion, you will be invoiced for the remaining portion of the fee.

Delivery of your Document. Once final payment is received, the fully edited manuscript shall be provided to you with all changes tracked for your review and queries and suggestions added in comments. A clean Word version with all changes accepted will also be provided.

Click here to request your free sample edit. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email, along with a request to submit your sample pages. Within 48 hours of receiving your sample, I’ll provide an estimated timeline for editing. Once the sample edit is complete, I’ll provide you with redlined and clean versions, along with brief feedback, a projected fee, and an estimated turnaround time for the full edit. From there, you can decide whether you'd like to proceed with the full edit.
